Boise River Trail Mobile Media Interpretation: A Boise 150 Project
Interpretive planner and designer Jane Rohling (www.janerohling.com) partnered with Gary Grimm and Katy Flanagan of Mountain Visions (www.mountainvisions.com) to develop interpretive messages about Boise River natural and cultural history and conservation projects to help Greenbelt visitors gain a better understanding of the river and its importance to the Boise Valley. We received partial funding for this project from the Boise City Department of Arts & History's Boise 150 Grants.
We view this Boise 150 project as the first step in the development of this mobile interpretive trail. We hope to expand and enhance the interpretive messages as funds and partnerships become available?maybe to include sites from Lucky Peak Dam to the confluence with the Snake River!
